In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing gg123, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If You do not accept these Terms, You must not use gg123 and must not create an Account. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

gg123 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Where such proof is requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or where the documentation provided is found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with Your registration details, gg123 may suspend or close Your Account and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services on gg123, You must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form. This includes, at minimum, Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and email address.

4.1 — One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active gg123 Account. Opening more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, bank account, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gg123 will close all associated Accounts without notice and may forfeit any balances held therein, including deposited funds, if there is evidence of intentional abuse of the one-account policy.

4.2 — Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point of update is accurate and truthful. gg123 will not be liable for losses or delays arising from incorrect information provided by You, including but not limited to withdrawal delays caused by mismatched bank account details.

4.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)

gg123 may require You to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing withdrawals, removing deposit limits, or accessing certain features. KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph of Your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and, where applicable, a selfie photograph holding Your KTP and a recent proof of address. gg123 will handle all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials, including Your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share Your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

gg123 will never contact You by email, SMS, telephone, or live chat to ask for Your password. Any communication requesting Your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to gg123 support immediately.

If You believe Your Account has been accessed without Your authorization, You must notify gg123 immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team. gg123 will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze Your Account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorized activity.

All deposits and withdrawals on gg123 are transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gg123 does not charge platform fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction; however, Your bank or payment provider may apply their own service fees, for which gg123 accepts no liability.

6.1 — Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as approved e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts.
• Deposits are credited to Your Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes from the time the transfer is confirmed by the relevant payment network. Delays beyond this window may result from bank processing schedules; contact gg123 support with Your transfer receipt if a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes.
• gg123 accepts only deposits made from payment accounts registered in Your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2 — Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Indonesian national holidays.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Verified accounts have no single-transaction withdrawal cap.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in Your legal name.
• Withdrawal requests that include Bonus Funds which have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be automatically declined. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• gg123 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified BCA and BRI transfers and under ten minutes for other channels during peak periods. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during periods of high transaction volume.
• gg123 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. This may extend processing time by up to one business day while verification is completed.

gg123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion-specific terms before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 100%, slots typically contribute 100%, and certain table games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack played in certain modes) may contribute at a reduced rate. • One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: gg123 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to registration of multiple accounts, use of VPNs to circumvent geographic eligibility, exploitation of platform errors, or systematic low-risk betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement.

All bets and wagers placed on gg123 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published in the game interface, help section, or relevant sports betting rules page. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule prevails for that specific bet or game session.

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the relevant game engine or sportsbook settlement system. gg123 is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts or selection errors made by the Member.
• Sportsbook: Bets on sports events are settled in accordance with the gg123 Sportsbook Rules, which cover markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), Timnas Indonesia fixtures, Piala AFF, MotoGP, E-sports events, and all other listed markets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for a payout; a void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg.
• Platform Errors: In the event of a technical fault, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gg123 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet. gg123's decision on such matters is final.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on gg123.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if You are under 21 years of age or are accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games without genuine human engagement.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing inefficiencies in a systematic manner to generate profit — commonly referred to as "advantage play" when conducted in a way that exploits an error rather than genuine skill.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gg123 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of gg123 in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights arising under Indonesian consumer protection or financial regulations.
• Any content or information You submit, post, or transmit through gg123.

gg123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close Your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• Accounts that are inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Requests by You to close the Account, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, gg123 may withhold any balance held in the Account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to Your verified payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, gg123 may forfeit the relevant balance, including deposited funds where such funds were used in connection with the prohibited conduct.

You may request voluntary closure of Your Account at any time by contacting gg123 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to Your verified payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending withdrawal flags.

gg123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — gg123 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on Your Account, or via an in-platform notification displayed upon Your next login.

If You do not agree with any changes to the Terms, You must stop using gg123 and close Your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable commercial law principles, as determined by gg123's operating jurisdiction, to the extent permissible under applicable law.

gg123 acknowledges that its primary membership base is located in Indonesia and that Indonesian Members may have rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through gg123's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules. gg123 and You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms.
